1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and sale of short-term furnished accommodation offered on koralia-living.com.
2. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable French taxes (VAT where applicable), unless otherwise stated.
Any additional bank charges, exchange fees or local taxes applicable outside France remain the responsibility of the guest.
Prices may be updated at any time. However, confirmed bookings will always be charged at the rate in effect at the time the reservation is confirmed.
The accommodation and its contents remain the property of Koralia throughout the guest’s stay.
Guests become responsible for the accommodation and its contents from the moment they check in.
3. Booking

- Through recognised booking platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb and other accommodation websites.
All contractual information is provided in French and/or English. A booking confirmation will be sent by email once the reservation has been accepted.
Koralia reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in the event of unavailability, payment issues or exceptional circumstances.
4. Booking Confirmation
Submitting a reservation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The information provided during the booking process and the confirmation email constitute proof of the reservation.
5. Payment
Confirmation of a reservation implies an obligation to pay the agreed price.
Payments may be made securely by credit or debit card through koralia-living.com or via the payment method offered by the booking platform used.
6. Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, all reservations are final and non-refundable.
Specific cancellation policies displayed on third-party booking platforms take precedence when applicable.
7. Availability
Accommodation is offered subject to availability.
Should an unexpected issue arise after confirmation, Koralia will either:
- offer equivalent alternative accommodation whenever possible, or
- issue a full refund for any unavailable nights.
8. Liability
Koralia complies with all applicable French legislation.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or its contents during their stay.
Koralia cannot be held liable for interruptions to internet access, force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
10. Intellectual Property
All content published on koralia-living.com, including texts, photographs, graphics, logos and design, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Koralia unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
11. Personal Data
Koralia collects personal information solely for the purposes of managing reservations, communicating with guests and complying with legal obligations.
Personal data may be shared only with trusted service providers involved in payment processing or reservation management.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data.

Reservation confirmations, invoices and related documents are securely stored in accordance with French legal requirements and may be used as evidence in the event of a dispute.
