How does check-in work?

There’s no reception desk at Koralia—but arriving couldn’t be simpler.

From the moment you book, you’ll receive everything you need: your Digital Welcome Guide, access instructions and step-by-step messages to help you arrive independently.

Late arrivals are welcome, provided the house remains peaceful for everyone.

Getting here & parking

Koralia is just a two-minute walk from Niort TGV station—around 2 hours from Paris and 2½ hours from Bordeaux.

🚗 Station car parks are just next door.

🚙 Two short-stay spaces are available directly in front of the house for unloading.

🚌 Niort’s TANLIB bus network is free and several stops are within easy walking distance.

How to order

Didn’t add breakfast when you booked? No problem—you can still order it up to 48 hours before your arrival.

Choose between:

• a personalised breakfast basket

or

• a stocked breakfast fridge for groups (please contact us for this option).

Everything is delivered the evening before, giving you complete freedom the next morning.

To order, simply complete the online breakfast form. Payment for individual baskets is available immediately afterwards.

Life at Koralia

Koralia isn’t a traditional hotel.

Guests staying at the same time can join a temporary WhatsApp group, created just for the duration of their stay.

It’s there to:

• ask practical questions
• share useful information
• connect with other guests—if you feel like it.

The group is closed once everyone’s stay has ended.

To keep the house pleasant for everyone, a few simple guidelines apply:

• respect shared spaces
• quiet after 11 pm
• silence after midnight
